History
We are Alentejo natives, born and raised in the Alentejo territory. We live the territory with a unique passion. We transfer this passion to our programs, trying to offer those who visit us authentic experiences that create unique memories. In addition to the natural potential that Alentejo has, the region's traditions, histories and cultural background represent an essential factor in the richness of our programs.
Mission
The sustainability of the territory we “use” is a constant concern. We contribute to maintaining our cultural and ethnographic richness by developing programs that intersect the daily lives of local people, keeping ancestral habits alive in our memory. Local producers are an integral part of our programs.
